Day 1

Arrival in Srinagar
|
Upon arrival in Srinagar, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your houseboat or hotel located by the picturesque Dal Lake. After check-in and some relaxation, enjoy a complimentary 1-hour Shikara boat ride on the serene waters of Dal Lake, gliding past floating gardens, Mughal-era houseboats, and local markets, all set against the backdrop of the majestic Zabarwan mountains. The evening is at leisure to soak in the tranquil ambiance of Kashmir.

Day 2

Drass war Memorial and Kargil
|
After breakfast, check out from your accommodation in Srinagar and begin your scenic journey toward Kargil, passing through the mighty Zoji La Pass and the beautiful Sonmarg Valley. En route, stop at the revered Drass War Memorial, a tribute to the soldiers of the Kargil War, where you can explore the museum, view memorial stones, and learn about the historic conflict. Continue your drive through the high-altitude landscape, with photo stops at places like Meadow of Gold (Sonmarg) and the Tiger Hill viewpoint, before reaching Kargil by evening for check-in and overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Kargil and embark on a scenic drive to Leh, passing through stunning landscapes and high mountain passes such as Namika La and Fotu La, the highest point on the Srinagar–Leh highway. En route, visit the ancient Lamayuru Monastery, known for its moon-like terrain, and stop at the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers near Nimmu, a breathtaking natural spectacle. Also, witness the curious phenomenon at Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to defy gravity. Arrive in Leh by evening, check in to your hotel, and relax at leisure to acclimatize to the high altitude.

Day 4

Leh Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, begin your Leh local sightseeing tour with a visit to Thiksey Monastery, known for its stunning hilltop location and large statue of Maitreya Buddha. Continue to Shey Palace, once the summer capital of Ladakh, and then head to the Hall of Fame, a museum maintained by the Indian Army that pays tribute to Indian soldiers. Next, visit the peaceful Shanti Stupa, offering panoramic views of Leh and the surrounding mountains. End your day with a stroll through Leh Market and Mall Road, where you can shop for local handicrafts and enjoy Ladakhi cuisine. Return to your hotel by evening.

Day 5

Leh to Nubra valley
|
After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Leh and drive towards the stunning Nubra Valley, crossing the world-famous Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft), one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Enjoy panoramic views of snow-capped mountains and deep valleys along the way. Upon reaching Diskit or Hunder, visit the Diskit Monastery and admire the giant statue of Maitreya Buddha overlooking the valley. Later, experience the unique sand dunes of Hunder and enjoy a double-humped Bactrian camel ride. Check in to your camp and spend the evening amidst the tranquil desert landscape.

Day 6

Nubra valley to Pangong
|
After breakfast, drive from Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via the scenic Shyok River route. Enjoy stunning views of rugged mountains, remote villages, and river landscapes along the way. After breakfast, begin your journey from Leh to Jispa, driving through some of the most scenic high-altitude landscapes of Ladakh. Cross the iconic Tanglang La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world, and pass through the beautiful More Plains and Lachung La. Continue via Nakee La and the thrilling Gata Loops before reaching Sarchu, a popular stopover on the Leh-Manali highway. Proceed further through the Baralacha La Pass before descending into the lush green valley of Jispa. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel or camp and relax amidst the serene Himalayan surroundings.

After breakfast, drive from Jispa to Manali, descending from the rugged terrains of Lahaul into the lush green valleys of Himachal. Enjoy scenic views as you cross the quaint villages of Keylong and Sissu, followed by the engineering marvel of the Atal Tunnel, which bypasses the Rohtang Pass and shortens the journey significantly. Continue through the picturesque Solang Valley before arriving in Manali. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the vibrant town or simply relaxing.

Day 10

Manali Local Sightseeing & Manali Bus Stand Drop

After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing in Manali, visiting popular attractions like Hadimba Devi Temple, known for its unique wooden architecture, and the serene Vashisht Kund with its hot water springs. Explore the Tibetan Monastery and stroll through the lively Mall Road for some shopping and local cuisine. Later in the evening, you will be dropped at the Manali Bus Stand for your onward journey, concluding your memorable trip.
